Judith is an executive coach, facilitator and consultant. Since 2009 he has been facilitating many transformation processes in multinational companies with great impact, e.g. through leadership development programs and coaching sessions, both on a individual and team level. Judith is a true facilitator of change, both on a personal and professional level.
Judith is passionate about giving her clients opportunities to keep on learning and developing continuously. She wants to help them to be the best version of themselves, every day a little more.
A client has said about Judith: “Judith has her head high in the clouds, but at the same time she has her feet firmly on the ground. She is very inspiring and invites people into deep reflections, greater self-awareness (including of our limiting beliefs), sincere, authentic and courageous conversations from the heart, deep connection with oneself and others and visualisations of what is possible; and at the same time she helps to make conscious decisions and transform them into concrete actions.”
SOMETHING PERSONAL ABOUT ME
Judith knows that life can be too short. She lost her mother after a long illness when she was 25 years old. Unfortunately her mother died feeling quite unhappy, for several reasons. That made Judith think a lot and she learnt that it is not worth getting stuck in things that do not make us happy, because life passes by and sometimes way too fast. This life experience left an important mark on Judith and a great sense of urgency to continue seeking meaning and happiness in her own life, and to help others on this same journey. She wants to help people to take time for reflection and to truly get to know themselves, raising their awareness about who they are and what really makes them happy, and then guiding them so that they can make better decisions in life (more conscious, more authentic, braver, freer, and more true to themselves) in order to live happily and, at the very end of life, to be able to die happily.
Once we are able to lead ourselves and to have a healthy relationship with ourselves, we will be more capable to create, cultivate and maintain healthy, constructive and lasting relationships with others. In the end it all starts with oneself.
