➡️  This 3-day online course will teach you how to give voice to your inner ally, that part of yourself that supports and encourages you no matter what, and that helps you to deal with life´s challenges in a constructive, resilient and self-compassionate way.

 

➡️  You will learn the skills of self-compassion, mindfulness, overcoming fears and unhelpful defence mechanisms and how to set and keep healthy boundaries.

 

➡️  What you will get out of attending this training:
  • Discover an effective way to deal with difficult emotional experiences
